The process to apply for Factory License in Delhi:
STEP 1:    Logon on the website official website of edistrict.delhi.govt.nic.in
STEP 2:    Register yourself and create the login credentials after providing your Aadhar or Voter Id detail and mobile number
STEP 3:    Apply for the Plan approval through application form-1
STEP 4:    Attach all the required documents and pay the requisite fees
STEP 5:    The application for plan approval will be verified and inspected by Deputy Director and if he finds the application correct and information, attachments appropriate then application may be granted.
STEP 6:    Get the plan approval letter.
STEP 7:    After Plan approval fill the application form for factory registration.
STEP 8:    For factory registration applicant needs to apply for in application no. Form-2
STEP 9:    Fill all the details of factory and approved plan.
STEP 10: Attach the required documents and pay the applicable fees
STEP 11: Review the form once before submission and then submit the application
STEP 12: If the application is incomplete or improper then officer may reject the application
STEP 13: Once license is granted then do the login and you can download your license
STEP 14: Time tenure which under which factory license may be granted is of 30 working days.
