Corpzo Refund and Cancellation Policy
Corpzo offers compliance, finance, legal, secretarial, fundraising, environment compliance advisory services at affordable pricing. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we solicit an immediate intimation from you detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, you can initiate the refund process by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call us at +91 99991 39391 within 15 days of your purchase. We will review the request and respond within 7 days. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
You have the right to send an online request, within 10 day from placing a service order with us, at email@example.com to cancel all or part of a non-executed pending service order that you have placed with us, for the part for which we have not started execution, within 10 days of placing the service order. An order cannot be revoked where the order has been accepted for processing or has been executed or after the expiry of 10 days from placing, whichever is earlier. You understand and accept that when we have commenced processing your order or has executed your order the order cannot be cancelled. Assignments pertaining to orders placed by you, that are being processed or have been executed, involve reserving and/or engaging our man hours or other third party(ies), technology and other resources. Our service assurance only covers the matter related to the client satisfaction and do not cover any changes in the situation or the state of mind of the client.
Change in the Service, shall in no way be applicable for cancellation or refund of any type. We can hold the processing/execution of a particular service for a reasonable time frame, provided we have been reasonably instructed by the client to do so; until instructed by the client to resume execution.
Refund pertaining to Cancellation fee, is subject to Corpzo’s right to make the best effort for execution of the order and is subject to a standard deduction of 15% plus the professional fee earned by Corpzo plus payments made to any third party by Corpzo in relation to execution of the Service order plus any Government Fee, statutory charges Taxes etc.
We collect payment from our clients in accordance with the estimated prices/costs/fees shared by us or per our standard pricing model, as applicable. The money collected by us as advance is in order to cover the initial resource mobilization, processing, government fees, statutory payment, taxes and other expenditure related to execution/delivery of the service requested by the client. Corpzo may earn different rates at different times pertaining to various factors depending on the milestone achieved and specializations needed. We cannot refund the payment of Money(ies) related to execution of the assignment, made to the government entities, statutory bodies, regulatory bodies or to any other third party(ies).
Subject to inspection and verification of the refund claim, We will initiate the refund within 30 days of receipt of the request and all the information/documents required for the investigation, verification and processing of the refund request.
FORCE MAJEURE AND FACTORS BEYOND CONTROL
In the event performance of any obligation pertaining to the terms of service, is either directly or indirectly prevented, restricted, or interfered with by reason of fire, flood, earthquake or like acts of God, wars, revolution, civil commotion, explosion, acts of public enemy, embargo, acts of the government, labor difficulties, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts, changes requested by Customer, changes in law or procedures by the Government or any body of the Government, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the Corpzo, Corpzo shall not be held in breach of the terms of engagement and shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention, restriction, or interference until the delay, restriction or interference has ceased); provided however, that Corpzo shall use diligent efforts to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance and Corpzo shall proceed whenever such causes are removed or cease.
Government Policy changes, changes in any laws or rules, technology issues pertaining to any platform of the government or regulator, delays by regulators/departments for any reasons, rejection/non-acceptance of any application by any authority/department, defaults/delays by any third party involved, shall also comprise for reasons beyond the control of Corpzo and shall not be eligible for refund or cancellation.
