The Privacy Policy covers our action of the Personal information we collect when you use online services through our website platform. c) The domain name www.corpzo.com("Website"), is owned and operated by Corpzo Ventures Private Limited(“Company”) a Private Company limited by shares, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at G-41, Sector-63, Noida, uttar Pradesh-201301, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns.

d) For the purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), wherever the context so requires,

i) The term ‘You’ &‘User’ shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this Website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872;

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

b) Mediation: In case of a dispute between the parties, efforts shall be made by them to amicably resolve the matter amongst themselves, to the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. If the parties are not able to reach to an amicable resolution at the expiry of 6 weeks of the inception of such dispute being communicated by one party to other, the dispute shall be recourse to a resolution by arbitration.

c) Arbitration: In case of failure to achieve an amicably resolve a dispute by the way of mediation detailed above, the said dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator which shall be appointed by Corpzo. The Arbitration award by such sole arbitrator shall be valid and binding on both Parties. The sole arbitrator to bear the cost of such proceedings, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings, at his discretion; In the absence of any such direction, both the parties shall be liable to bear their own cost of proceeding. The language of such arbitration shall be English, and the place of such Arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

This agreement and any other matter pertaining to Corpzo shall be governed by the provisions, statutes and laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
