Prerequisites:

Pollution License from the Maharastra State Pollution control board.

Documents:

A. Authorized person Photograph and Signature

B. Authorized person ID and Address proof

C. MOA/AOA/COI in case of company form of business OR Partnership Agreement in case of LLP/Partnership firm

D. List of raw material, by-products along with the quantity

E. Business address proof- electricity bill/load sanction letter, NOC from the municipal corporation or gram panchayat

The process to apply for a Factory License in the state of Maharastra:

STEP 1:

Logon on the website mahaonline.gov.in

STEP 2:

Register yourself and create the login credentials (fill the detailed registration form to get the registration)

STEP 3:

Fill the Basic information form (CAF Form)

STEP 4:

Select the service which you are seeking for  (Factory License) which will be under the head of industrial safety and health department

STEP 5:

Fill the respective form and upload the signed copy on the portal

STEP 6:

Upload the photograph and signature of the occupier

STEP 7:

Upload other necessary documents

STEP 8:

Review the form once before submission

STEP 9:

Submit the form and pay the necessary fees online

STEP 10:

After this application will be scrutinized by the proper officer of the department

STEP 11:

If the application id Okay then a conditional license will be granted within seven days, if not then the department may ask for clarification
