The Process to apply for Factory License in the state of Gujarat:

STEP 1:

Logon on the website official website of ifp.gujarat.gov.in

STEP 2:

Register yourself and create the login credentials

STEP 3:

Create the project and provide the all the enterprises detail

STEP 4:

After adding the project detail check the project list and apply for the pre-establishment approval and pre-operational approvals (factory Plan application and factory license application)

STEP 5:

Fill up the plan approval application and provide all the detail of proposed factory location.

STEP 6:

Provide all the required attachments and details of proposed factory location.

STEP 7:

Submit the application after reviewing it and pay the applicable fees

STEP 8:

After submission application will be scrutinize by proper officer and officer may grant the application or may raise clarification if needed.

STEP 9:

After approval of site plan download the Map approval letter.

STEP 10:

After this apply for factory license application

STEP 11:

Attach all the documents and detail of factory and approved plan

STEP 12:

Submit the application after reviewing it once and pay the applicable government fees

STEP 13:

After this application will be scrutinize and department may ask for clarification if they found incomplete application.

STEP 14:

If the application is incomplete or improper then officer may reject the application

STEP 15:

Once license is granted then do the login and you can download your license
